📦 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

  • USA: 3–10 business days

  • Canada & International: 7–20 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary based on location, customs, or postal delays.

🌍 International Orders

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
If your country is not listed at checkout, we do not currently offer service there.
Duties & Import Taxes: Customers are responsible for any fees imposed by their local customs office.

📬 Tracking Info

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

  • Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to reflect after shipment.

❗ Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Contact your local postal carrier first.

  2. Then email us at GracePagesJournal@gmail.com within 7 days, and we’ll do our best to assist.
